This workshop would be valuable to anyone who has a need to communicate information using visuals or understand information being communicated via visuals. For example, business analysts, project managers, subject matter experts, quality assurance analysts and developers.
Even though this is a web-based course, there are hands on exercises where you will have the opportunity to practice the concepts learned in this course. I will also walk you through the answers to these exercises via an exercise debrief. If you still have questions, you will have access to an instructor to obtain feedback.
