Course Description:
This course lays the foundation for business analysis by giving an overview of the profession and will take you through the typical role of a business analyst throughout a project.

At the end of this workshop you will be able to:
- Conduct stakeholder analysis
- Plan business analysis activities
- Elicit and document requirements
- Model requirements
- Trace requirements
- Conduct an impact analysis
Even though this is a web-based course, there are hands on exercises where you will have the opportunity to practice the concepts learned in this course. I will also walk you through the answers to these exercises via an exercise debrief. If you still have questions, you have access to an instructor to obtain feedback.
